Kashmir is getting stronger everyday. She can hold her head up more and more and I'm teaching her to crawl! She is doing pretty good sleeping for Celeste, and I try to help out when I can in the evenings. We took some professional pics and I'll have to post those later. For now, I just have a few new pics I wanted to add. We are getting excited for Kashmir's first Christmas; we hope she has fun. Enjoy the new pics

Two weeks old

Today was Kashmir's first time to be babysat. Mommy went to work for three whole hours. LOL! It was the first time Kashmir was away from me (Mommy) for more than an hour. I have to say that I really felt wierd without her around. I felt like a part of me was missing, so I was calling home about every 1/2 hour to check on her. Grandma Lisa watched her. Last night we got family photos taken, so hopefully next week we'll have some nice professional photos to post. Thats about all that's new. Oh yeah, Kashmir's cord finally fell off on Saturday!

We had Kashmir's blessing yesterday. She looked so beatiful in the dress that Celeste found for her. We were able to get a lot of our family to church which made it all that much more special. Only 11 days old now, and it is hard to believe that she wasn't ever apart of our lives.

We just wanted to start our blog so that all of our family can easily see pictures of our new baby; Kashmir. Celeste picked out the first name.... from a Led Zeppelin song. I picked out her middle name... Grace, after Celeste's middle name.
She weighed 7.49 lbs, and was 21 inches long when she was born on November 15th, 2008 at 2:48 pm. She was born with nearly a full head of hair, and quite petite overall. She has been a joy in our life so far in just the few days that she has been ours.
